I have completed a diverse range of projects in various industries, including aviation, automotive, insurance and tourism. My work has involved participating in presales, client workshops (on-site/online), extensive UX research, prototyping, and usability testing to ensure that the final products are both user-centric and technologically feasible.

Apart from design delivery, I was responsible for strategic development, people management, and operational management of the design office. In this role, I oversaw the entire design process from inception to execution, ensuring quality and consistency in design outputs on every project, and led my team through complex design challenges.

To make my team grow, I provide regular mentorship and coaching during 1-on-1 sessions, run educational sessions and workshops, and spread the current state of product design.
