Fusion Craft
About
Fusion Craft is a product that facilitates communication between creatives (agency) and the client (marketing manager). The product creates a space where both parties communicate, review works, and scope the project.
Challenge
Fully responsible for the discovery phase from initial brief to product scope and initial sketches. The timeline was short — discovery was done in 6 days in tight collaboration with the client through daily 3-hour online workshops.
Result
Delivered a complete discovery package: personas, JTBD, experience maps, feature prioritisation, information architecture, and initial sketches — in just 6 days.
User Research
Reviewed dozens of recorded interview videos with both persona representatives (creatives and clients). Divided information into big chunks: pains, own solutions, behaviour, feelings, expectations, quotes, platforms, and feature suggestions.
Personas & JTBD
All data was grouped and rewritten into single statements that formed a Persona model, and then Jobs to Be Done.
Experience Mapping
Regrouped information into models and created a co-joined Experience Map of both personas. Then reframed data about potential customers and used it to generate product features via Value Proposition Canvas.
Feature Prioritisation & IA
Generated ideas were prioritised from Must-Have to Won't Have. Once the scope was defined, TO-BE experience mapping was done, followed by information architecture.
Sketching & Style Workshop
With all the knowledge gathered, main flow and screen sketching sessions were held with the client, along with a colour and style expectations workshop.
